No… you can cancel any time you like. We want you to stay with us because you love us. 

Put simply, it’s to protect you! I know this sounds cheesy, but hear us out… 

You know the old phrase of nothing is ever free, well this is very true when it comes to software. Free accounts come with limits, and after a while you’re going to reach them. And this is the problem, because you’ve gone and invested so much time into setting everything up, training you and your team to use it. You have no choice but to sign a long term contract, paying way to much for loads of features that you don’t actually need – because, lets face it, they know that you’re not going to move anywhere. 

Because of this, popcorn makes you a simple promise of NO hidden fees, NO contracts and No setup fees. That way you always know where you stand and you only ever stay with us because you want to. 

If you are a CRM only user, you have access to the getting started page, which has loads of easy to follow, bite-sized support videos/guides and can submit a ticketing support, where will get back to you quickly.

Users who are on the ‘Prospecting’ and ‘Agency’ packages, can also call us on 0121 318 8 318, during normal office hours.

Typically we found that users who had a free trial of the package, never properly embraced popcorn and therefore did not see the value that it would add to their business.

Since there are no contracts with popcorn, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. 

Simple go to YOUR ACCOUNT>ACCOUNT>PACKAGE and select the package you want. If you are downgrading, you will be charged the new amount at your next billing period. And if you are upgrading, you will be charged the difference between your existing and new package at the point of upgrade, and will then be charged the new amount at your next billing period. 

As standard, we provide you with 2 users, if you need more you can simply add extras on via your account upgrade page.

Cancelling your popcorn account is simple, just go to ‘YOUR ACCOUNT>ACCOUNT>PACKAGE’ and click ‘Cancel account’. 

We do not offer refunds for partial months.
