Build your confidence with a 40-minute training session, detailed platform guidance and a simple data import.
What’s included:
An in depth run through of the platform and advice on how to best use popcorn’s tools, to get you and your team up to speed.
We’ll import your existing contacts and data together with you before the session. Bring an export or spreadsheet* and we’ll show you the process so you know how to do it again yourself later.
*must require us no more than 5 minutes of preparation/clean up for import; otherwise, the data will need to be prepared by your team before the session

Kickstart
£199 / one-off
Get the essentials set up with 1-to-1 training, including data import, pipeline setup and an email template.
What’s included:
A live, guided walkthrough with your team. Everyone leaves knowing how to use popcorn day-to-day, not just the person who booked the session.
We’ll import your existing contacts and data together with you before the session. Bring an export or spreadsheet* and we’ll show you the process so you know how to do it again yourself later.
*must require us no more than 5 minutes of preparation/clean up for import; otherwise, the data will need to be prepared by your team before the session
We’ll build your first pipeline together, based on how your business actually sells rather than a generic template. You’ll leave knowing how to adjust it yourself as your process changes.
A ready-to-use email template to help you follow up with new leads, so you’ve got a professional starting point from day one.
Success
£499 / one-off
Get fully set up with customer journeys, automation, email templates and three monthly check-ins to keep you on track.
What’s included:
- An hour long 1-2-1 training session.
- Data import
- Pipeline setup
- Email marketing template
We’ll map out your customer journey together and set popcorn up to match it – this is guided design work done with you.
We’ll set up your core automations together (the essentials like follow-up reminders and basic workflows) built around how you actually work, including connecting them with your marketing tools.
Building out your full library of marketing emails and more complex automation sequences isn’t included in this session, but you’ll leave knowing how to build these yourself, or add extra support later if you’d rather we did it for you.
3 monthly check-ins with you to see how everything is going. Proactively supporting you to make sure you’re following best practice and helping you get past any roadblocks along the way.

Yes – whichever package you choose, you’re working with our UK-based team, in plain English, with no offshore scripts.
Kickstart and Success are hands-on and guided – we do the setup together with you and train you to run it yourself, rather than handing you a fully managed service. You’ll leave every session confident using popcorn, not dependent on us for every change.
We’ll advise on any DNS or domain changes needed, but we don’t make these changes ourselves – that’s something you or your IT provider will need to action.
Yes – start with Free or Kickstart and add Success at any point from your account. Nothing is locked in.
Have a think about what you want to achieve from the session, and watch our basic training onboarding videos beforehand — that way you’ll already understand the fundamentals and get the most value out of the time together. Beyond that, just bring your existing contact list if you have one (a spreadsheet or export works fine) — we’ll guide you through the rest.
