popcorn is designed to be simple and intuitive, but if you would like to get up and running quickly, meaning you and your team are up and running even faster, we have put a range of onboarding / support packages to choose from.
Free onboarding only applies to customers who sign up for the Marketing or Sales packages.

*Free 40-minute onboarding is included only with the Marketing and Sales packages when purchased within 14 days of your demo.
All other packages above CRM can book paid onboarding at the listed rates, but do not automatically get the free session as part of the offer.
** Email Signatures are based on a single design, with contact details changing for multiple Email Signatures
*** Data Importing of a single spreadsheet is averaged out at 15 mins per spreadsheet, if the task is complex (poorly formatted data) and requires additional time, this will be charged for (you will be notified if this is likely to happen).
