When and how refunds work with Popcorn

Refund Policy

A refund can be provided if there is more than four consecutive working days of system issues which are not the customer’s fault. A request for refund can be sent to Simon Washbrook, our Data Protection Officer, at data@popcornmail.co.uk

Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The maximum amount that can be refunded is one month’s payment.

We cannot provide our services to all businesses, either for legal, reputational or risk reasons. If we decline to offer you an account, we shall refund all fees in full, providing no emails or WhatsApp messages have been sent using the service.

If we terminate your contract for any reason in accordance with our terms and conditions, we will not return any Monthly Fees already paid.

Set-up is not required to use Popcorn and is not charged automatically — it’s only ever purchased separately, as an optional additional service if you’d like extra support getting started. Where a set-up service has been purchased, it is non-refundable once the work has begun.

If you decide Popcorn isn’t right for you, you can cancel at any time — there are no fixed-term contracts. Cancelling stops future billing, but we don’t refund the current billing period you’ve already had access to.

Free CRM doesn’t involve any payment, so this refund policy doesn’t apply — you’re free to stop using your account or delete it at any time. As Free CRM is provided at no cost, this includes any downtime or system issues: since there is no fee paid, there is no financial refund available for Free CRM users in these circumstances. We’ll still work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
