Affiliate Terms

Popcorn CRM Affiliate Terms & Conditions (UK)
Last updated: [April 2nd, 2025]
Thanks for your interest in becoming a Popcorn CRM Affiliate! We’ve kept these terms as simple and transparent as possible — no confusing legal waffle, just the important bits you need to know.
1. Joining the Affiliate Programme
To become an affiliate, you need to:
Apply via our affiliate sign-up form.
Be approved by us (we’ll review your application and let you know either way).
Be at least 18 years old and based in the UK.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
2. How Commission Works
You’ll earn an agreed commission on every successful referral who signs up and pays for Popcorn CRM.
Commission is paid monthly, around the 5th of each month, for any cleared payments from the previous month.
We use cookies to track referrals. Your referral link is valid for 30 days from the user’s first visit.
If someone cancels or requests a refund within 30 days, no commission will be paid.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You cannot use your own affiliate link to purchase Popcorn CRM for yourself, your business, or anyone directly connected to you.
3. Getting Paid
Commission is paid via PayPal in GBP.
You must provide valid payment details and a UK invoice for each payment.
4. Your Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Popcorn CRM honestly and not make any misleading claims.
Use only the marketing materials we provide (or get approval for your own).
Follow all applicable UK advertising standards and laws.
Not bid on our brand name or misrepresent yourself as Popcorn CRM.
Not refer yourself or anyone directly connected to you (see Section 2).
5. Termination
Either party can end this agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice (email is fine).
If we find any misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms (including self-referrals), we reserve the right to:
Remove you from the programme immediately.
Withhold unpaid commissions.
6. Changes to the Programme
We may update these terms or the commission structure from time to time. We’ll give you a heads-up by email or through your affiliate dashboard.
7. Legal Bits
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between us.
