Overstimulation of the brain is getting more and more common among humans due to the increasing use of technology, which makes us loose focus. So, how do we harness our attention to focus deeper, get distracted less, and even become more creative? 

Chris Bailey, author of the recent book Hyperfocus, argues that less technology makes it easier for the brain to focus, and that we need a break from the constant stimulation technology provides us with.
